Can I work with you remotely?

For health coaching, most definitely! For Alexander Technique or personal fitness training, no, unless you have already had a minimum of 10 in-person sessions with me.

What form of payment do you accept?

I accept check, cash and credit cards. Payments can be made here on my website. See the links above on this page for payments for specific services.

What is your policy on cancellations?

I require a minimum 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to with no added fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

I’m new to exercise. How many fitness sessions will I need with you before I’m able to confidently exercise on my own?

It depends upon several variables, such as your current physical condition and your exercise goals, but in general, a minimum of 10 in-person sessions is necessary to optimize safety and effectiveness.

Do you offer group sessions?

While health coaching is best done one-on-one, you can work with a partner of your choice in either an Alexander Technique lesson or a personal training session. You’ll find the link and pricing at the top of this page.
